At THIK HAI, we only stock food safe authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturers or manufactured by us. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of defective products. If you have any concerns about the quality of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall be happy to address your concerns.
THIK HAI follows a transparent "No Questions Asked" returns policy for all products bought from our online store. You can return the unused products you have ordered within 10 days of the date of receipt. In case you have used the products, please share details with us with regards to why you would like to return the product and we will help you out. To return the unused goods, please email us at email@example.com and we will walk you through the process till completion.
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Thikhai.in receives returned goods. In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. In case of Cash-on-Delivery order, a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favor of the “Billing Name” used while placing the order or bank transfer will be made for which certain details need to be provided over email (firstname.lastname@example.org), the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days.
Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
All Products sold on offers or discounts are not eligible for returns or replacement unless an item is received in a damaged/defective condition or you have been sent a wrong product.
An order can be cancelled only up to it is in "Pending" state. Once we start processing, it can not be cancelled. You will have to send us an email on email@example.com with reasons for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order You will be notified of the same by email.
Note: Any single product in the kit/Combo set cannot be replaced or returned.
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Customercare@thikhai.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
